Mr. Shyam Malpani, the founder partner the Firm, has an all round experience of more than 37 years in the field of Statutory Audits, Management Consultancy, Internal Audits & Systems Study, Tax Audits and Income Tax Matters

Mr. Anand Malpani has completed his Articles training from the Firm itself. He has an all round experience of 14 years. He has completed his LLB from Mumbai and has a vast experience in advising on various transaction structures and documentation. He is a Qualified Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI and is qualified to be an independent Director as per the Companies Act. He has specialized in Income Tax, Company Law, Project Financing, Valuation, Merger & Acquisitions, Goods and Service Tax, Transaction Structuring and Management Consultancy.

Mr. Chintan Shah has completed his Articles training from the Firm itself. He has an all round experience of 20 years. He has specialized in Internal Audits and Systems Audits.

Ms. Sonal Chitaliya Parekh has an all round experience of 10 years. She has completed her Articles training with Chaturvedi & Shah. She has specialized in Statutory Audits, Limited Review and consultancy in Accounting Standards.
